Panel 2:
Chloe: Do dogs go online?
Bink: Yep. But they're stuck in the past. They don't use twitter or Facebook like normal folk. They use old fashioned forums, circa 2006.
Panel 3:
Chloe: Why?
Bink: Dogs have always been stuck in the past. It's their way.
Panel 4: Two dogs in front of a laptop.
Dog (pug?): Do we have to keep using these archaic forums?
Other dog (corgi?): I hate them too, but it's the only way to ensure that cats will never find us.
