It takes a cat-person to know cat vomit from other vomits but you must be a freaking genius to tell cat saliva from any other saliva.
If the person is very allergic to cats, it’s actually not that hard to figure out.
Since the typical “allergic to cats” issue is actually “allergic to cat dander”, you would have to be very allergic to cats indeed…
I can see it now: Merely being in the same room as a cat you start sneezing. Pet a cat and you break out in blisters. Have a cat claw you and you require anti-venom…

You can not declare yourself a failure on the crituqing of only 3 people. Strategy is one thing but not very many people take strategy into games like Sorry or Monopoly. Find your dream and do what you want.
Also, remember, you have superior internet cats on your side. AND a cat influenced AI. Someone gives you too much crap unleash the D… CATS of War on them. This will mostly entail virus bombinb their sites with LOL cat videos.
