   daily grinds will always be daily grinds, no matter the setting they toss around it, at least we won’t have to ride pony’s this time. (Tell me we won’t have to ride ponies again please!)

     The alt text leads me to believe it’s the bugging of other people to get the “best” farm.

     I actually haven’t played Farmville! But yeah, I wasn’t a fan of seeing the constant reminders on facebook. (So I blocked it)

     I got addicted to Tiny Tower for about a week. It’s an iPhone game that you check into throughout the day and do little tasks. The art is adorable, but I felt kind of terrible about being addicted to it, because I really didn’t like it, and set it aside after that week. I could be wrong, but I think Farmville is similar? In that you check in periodically and do little busy-work tasks? It’s just not something that can hold my attention for too long, or if it does, I feel like I’m wasting my time and just tapping an addiction.

     Unfortunately (and I think this why you may be asking this, Keith…?:)) WoW and a lot of games have a similar element to them – check in and do mindless busy work. For the most part I’ve eliminated that from my WoW playstyle. But it’s certainly something you could spend a large part of your time doing in WoW.

       Reading through the archives, I know this is to late to the party but I could not resist:

       I thought that this was the very definition of a computer game (digital game, console game whatever) and it is the only reason I play. To do mindless busy work that I enjoy (for example figuring out the best “party” in a RPG).
