    That works, too!

Anyway, if Lisa pulls this off, it will mean both more work and more respect for her from her company. Learning new skills is always a plus in your career.

And… Patrick is acting awfully nice in this episode.

well they did play D&D together , and once you play D&D together , its hard not to become friends :P

      • Melissa

Or you discover just how annoying the person is once you play D&D with them. Everyone’s flaws seem to come out whilst playing, lol.

        • Kazira

hehehe too true , although i think the DM is the one who gets annoyed the most!

Hah! More work and more respect? More likely More work with more responsibility, but same pay and less respect for her free time, knowing today’s economy.

      • Javier

Kendra’s nice, but there’s a reason Patrick tells Lisa, “Better do it then.”

That reason would be “Complying with a client’s/the company’s need so that you’re not fired”.

Sure, using your words, it’s “same pay and less respect for her free time,” but that still beats being unemployed and unlikely to find work “knowing today’s economy”.

Copy and paste. That always works!

Ah forums. The place where you can find something that will almost work for you, but trying to get it to is more work than just doing the project yourself.

Danny Dunn and the Homework Machine.

Programming a computer to solve the math problems. Yes, harder than doing the problems themselves.

It would be difficult finding a coder who needs work. It’s really hard to hire in this economy because you’ll have a sh-t-ton of applications to read through since almost everyone is under- or un-employed.

YES! I get to brag that I gave an idea for a comic! (I know its not true, just let me brag)

Copy and paste holds the internet together. It has a light side and a dark side. It’s like the force. And duct tape.

More like duct tape, come to think of it.
