$10 Tradable Guardian Cub On Sale Now.

Blizzard’s controversial Guardian Cub went on sale yesterday. There’s a 24 hour lock on trading/selling the pet, which means it’s showing up on the auction house today. As of 1:30 pm on my server, Lothar, there are 10 cubs for sale for between 14,000-20,000 gold.
How much are they going for on your server? Are you buying a pet on the Blizzard store? If so, are you keeping it? Selling it for gold? The price will probably never be this high, so now’s the time to sell if you’re going to.
I saw four posted at 45k last night. I laughed. Wonder if they’ve dropped since then.
And soon they shall introduce a tradable in-game currency which can only be purchased with money…
The thought crossed my mind for about 1/10th of a second. The problem is, is that while I am no auctionhouse guru and I hate doing dailies, that I’m never really short on cash. The reason being that I don’t raid and thus never need to have the very best gems/enchants/whatever. The only thing I really want on the AH is that BoP gun but that goes for 20k+ and even if I had 20k+ I wouldn’t spend that kind of money on one item. So… nah, I think I’ll pass on buying that pet and selling him for gl0d
Horde-side on Mannoroth has 15 or so, between 11k and 15k. To be honest I just can’t really see them being that big a seller here. I’m a mini-pet junkie and there’s no way I’m shelling out that kind of cash (real money OR gold) for it.
Oh! Oh! Let me spend gold equivalent to one month’s worth of game playing so that I can have a pet that I can pay for with less than an hour’s worth of Real Job work!

For 5k I bought one. But I wouldnt pay more.
How the hell can they afford 5k per $10 pet, lol? 500g for $1? That’s a worse tradeoff than some goldsellers…
Sunday morning, Lothar, it’s dropped down to between 8750-11000.
I didn’t check t his morning, but in less than 24 hours they dipped below 6k and are still droppping.
On Quel’dorei they range from 6150g to 6999g
Last check on Rexxar Alliance side they are around 9k. At least this isn’t going to affect gameplay (stats, gear, etc), but personally, I don’t care for Blizzard’s decision to make these tradable.
