Happy Blizzcon! Or if that’s not your thing…Happy Lovely October Weekend!

Blizzcon 2011 is upon us. Will it be more exciting than last year? Will there be fun drunken meetups? Will cosplayers level their skill or were they capped long ago? Will Murkablo pets run amok in Azeroth? Will Blizzard announce their new Facebook venture, WoWville?
Perhaps by the time you’re reading this you already know the answers to those questions. But only one thing is certain at the time of this writing. Chloe and Bink aren’t there this year. 2009 and 2010 were too much for them, and these days they can’t afford it.
If you’re at Blizzcon this year or watching the stream from the comfort of your house or cardboard box, I hope you enjoy it. I’ll be catching it when I can and watching the on demand programming from it in the days ahead. Or maybe Blizzcon’s not your thing. To you I say, Happy October! It’s the best month. Don’t let it get away…

Blizzcon? 2 things:
1) PANDAS!!!!! (ok, overreaction. Doesn’t fit the game lore no matter HOW hard you retcon it, but unbearably cute)
2) Hate-filled rant from a Blizz senior employee: Samwise not only chestpounds and rants about the HORDE, he plays a video from another lowbrow chestpounder repeatedly dropping the F-bomb and hating on the Alliance. Seriously?
…enough of that. Did I mention PANDAS?!
