I had a lot of the concept down and was working on some mechanics when I saw a game at the store that had many of the elements I had in mind (as well as others that I didn’t think of). I guess my idea was a little too late (or it was too ambitiosly derivative).

Everytime I mention that I want to open a gaming store, people always say “like monopoly?”. Your comic reminds me of the above video podcast. :) And yes, I would buy/play test his game.
