   God do I relate to Mary. I almost had to take my laptop to McDonald’s last night, install WoW on it, and raid from there because I had no lights.

   Thankfully they came back on about two hours before raid time.

   I showed this to a coworker who has recently been sweating through the PSN outage. She thought it was hysterical.

   (Since the PS store is still down, my wife and I talked her into getting The Witcher for $4.99 from GOG.com. Bwahaha! We’ll make her a PC gamer yet!)

   Actually, a tethered 3G connection can be surprisingly stable. A fellow guildmate on ATT/iphone disagreed, as he got monstrous lag, but my Droid allowed me to play from work easily and with really low lag.

   Lisa, for the love of all that is good and stabby, take some time off from WoW! Even if you’re the guild’s Top DPS, all the more reason to stay out and let someone else get some much-needed gear!

   I have to disagree with the raiding over tethered 3G. I’ve done it many times successfully.
