Oh, and for the record, it is possible to play a CN character and not ruin a game. It’s not easy though, and most people do use it as an excuse to get away with anything.

I have to agree with Mike on this one. Generally, people who play chaotic neutral characters just do it to mess up the story that has quite a bit of work put into it. DnD isn’t a dating service, despite what she might have been told. And generally speaking, electronics should be kept away from the table except in emergencies or for DM use (I know in the rare case that I run a game, I usually type it up. In the same respect, i also normally print it out so I dont have a laptop at the table). And hell, when you are on a rant, best not to leave anyone out, so might as well tell the cats something, even if its not possible for them to do what you tell them to.
