How Excited are You to See the Tron Sequel?

Given the nature of the recent comics, I figure it’d be appropriate to post the Tron: Legacy trailer released earlier this week. The Disney sequel is set to release December 17 of this year. And yes, recent Oscar-winner Jeff Bridges is in it.
How excited are you about the upcoming Tron sequel?

The original “Tron” was fun when I saw it, but that was years ago and I was a little kid. I’m a big kid now, dubious about these retro-y sequels/remakes, but having seen the trailer I am SO PSYCHED now for this movie!
I was totally in love with the original Tron when I saw it as a girl, and I’m stoked about this one too. This got me going in a way that Phantom Menace never did. Pure nerdgasm. I am in.
Seems like there are an awful lot of remakes, which makes me wonder if there is a lack of talent out there lately . It will be interesting to see if Hollywood has gone past the crude caricatures (Dragnet, Dukes of Hazzard, Beverly Hillbillies etc) towards an intent to actually retell the story.

I have to agree with Amaxe, I mean these remakes are mostly hit or miss, and honestly I wish more people in the business would come up with something original. They even have a new Karate Kid coming out. =x
