I remember watching this early in the morning when I was 5 or so. I think I just watched, mesmerized….but never actually went a long with the exercises. Ahem, I mean, mousercises.

Wow. I was pudgy as a kid. My mother tried to get me to dance along to this, but I just remember crying over thinking that in order to do it I had to wear that much purple.
Even then, I somehow knew that Spandex would one-day be dated attire *shiver*.

Did anyone else ever feel sorry for the poor Disney characters that had to follow the workouts as well as they could in their full character suit? I sure did…I can only imagine how I would feel after a morning workout in a Donald Duck costume.
Comic-wise…love it! The mouse ears are a nice touch!
Oh geez, it was a show too? My kindergarden teacher had a record called “Mousercize” that she’d pull out if we ever had an inside recess.
