Heh, yeah. I got hooked on Bejeweled when it was one of the free games on my cell phone a number of years ago. Since then I've bought the game for ever cellphone since, including my iPhone. Then last fall an update added the Blitz version with Facebook integration. If I thought it was addictive before...oh my. I'm constantly frustrated by ppl in my friend's list with 300K+. I'll play repeatedly until I can at least get around 150, but averaging all the rounds I'm around 60k too. I even had one friend with 9million. He had to have cheated somehow. My ego needs this to be true.

It's a lot of fun. :) To me, it's basically a simplified version of Civ IV, and it definitely has the addictive 'just one more turn' gameplay of the PC Civ games. All the traditional Civ elements are there and you can automate or take control of the minute details (like workers - they are always on automate for me on the iPhone).

I gotta say that WoW add-on is great. It is a life saver when fishing or there is raid down time. It turns off when there is a ready check, but I doubt your iPhone turns off when someone knocks on your door.

I can relate - I was totally addicted to Bejeweled on my iPhone until I bought the Civ Revolutions app for the iPhone. Being a Civ fan, that thing is even more addictive!

For me it's cribbage. When I finally finish that last random dungeon of the night and roll bleary-eyed into bed, I easily lay there for another hour playing the cribbage app on my iPhone.

I used to be soooo addicted to these sorts of games many many years ago, thanks to Pogo.com. I've been thinking about adding bejeweled to my itouch but haven't - afraid I'd never get anything done! But it would be nice to have when I'm stuck waiting for someone and need something more entertaining than staring at a blank wall.

My fav game for the itouch/iphone is the card game called Spite (aka skip-bo). A friend introduced me to this games years ago and it's hard to find someone who knows how to play it (or willing to play it).

I also have a jigsaw puzzle game on my itouch that allows me to use my own pics...though setting it to max (144 pieces) will make your eyes cross and your brain drool after a while. LOL
