Interesting how it’s implied that paladins are a newbie-class.
Oh my gosh! Is she seriously goona play a tauren? COOL!
At least she won’t roll a paladin. What kind of loving boyfriend would let his girlfriend roll a paladin? They are so incredibly boring to level. Then again, maybe that’s the appeal; they are a simple class.

Everyone can play a pala, but not everyone can play it well. That goes for every class, imho.
@O-Digga: a simple class… what could be better for introducing someone to a game, than to choose the “simple” setting?
Still the Cow Hunter (“Cow Hunter 2: the Cow Shoots Back”) and Druid are both fun.

I think the boyfriend is about to be emotionally scarred for life. I mean, who really looks at a cow’s butt all day long? lol
He’s lucky of not playing alliance. Worse than a cow butt it’s a dwarf butt.
@O-Digga: Paladins a simple class? You have to try one. There’s nothing simple at them, probably the class with most cooldowns of all.
Hey, at least the Tauren females are decent looking, better than other races I’m thinking of… also, if she plays horde, does that mean Lisa’s going to stalk and gank her all day?
To all those debating about paladins being a simple class to play or not, you’ve overlooked a major fallacy in this comic.

I find paladin fun to lvl from time to time – but priest are funner <.<
Can you blame him? Blood Elf males blow.
Although, FemBelf animations are one of the worst parts of WoW.

Paladin was my first character, and she continues to be my main. I’ve always played paladins in RPGs – pen and paper D&D, single-player computer RPGs, etc. I had no knowledge of the class in WoW – I didn’t even know about the three main roles of healer, DPS and tank, so I definitely didn’t roll a paladin to do any of those things – I just always enjoyed playing paladins. Had no idea about bubbles, ‘lolret’, etc. So real newbies just choose a character based on what they’ve enjoyed in other RPGs, or what they think sounds cool, not because a class has a reputation as being easy to level or any other type of label.
Re: the comic – hilarious that he plays a blood elf female. Although with the looks of the male blood elves, I can’t say I blame him.
I remember a series of WoW spoof commercials (they were big when Will Shattner, Mr. T, and Mini Me were doing WoW commercials…). In one of them, the guy says “I’m Todd, and I am a Paladin”… then about mid commercial you start seeing his character and he’s like “that’s right, female, because it’s great to look at!”

Yay! for more female cows running around. I’m an orc girl myself but my boyfriend has several femcows he plays. And yeah, I nearly did a spit take when I read “Rugged Blood Elf man.”
Rugged? Blood elf? Man? i thought you could only make BE females? thats all i see around. or at least i Think there all females……

I am a lvl 46 Belf Pally in Outland, and I CAN NEVER DIE. Use either one of the 10-12 seconds invincibility spells,(usually the 12 sec, as it is full invinc ‘stead of just physical) and Hearth back 2 Shattrath. The lvl 46 is my highest toon, so u know. Shattarth as home IS AWESOME yay warps!
Yeesh… It’s absolutely in character, but leave it to (a small number of the total population of) women to go from a nymph to a cow when they get upset
How’s about that for crass, yet PC?
