I love that. I often think about that same concept as I adventure through the World (of Warcraft).

Great comic! I’ve been evangelizing NPC to all my WoW friends!
The real world definitely has its moments, but when winter rolls around here in Minnesota I love to leave my toon sitting on the dock in Auberdine and watch the waves while I clean the house or read a book. It’s always summer someplace in Azeroth.
Eh, great outdoors is a pretty zone, but the drops are horrible and the bears are WAY overpowered.

I’m laughing at the last panel and applauding the sentiment of the rest of the strip.
I have to say, I enjoy the great outdoors much more than WoW. As much as I enjoy playing WoW, I definitely enjoy getting out and going for a run on a beautiful day a lot more.

Living in Colorado, we get all sorts of beautiful views – especially in Boulder, which is nestled across the foothills. And yet, I’m still logged into Steam most nights. ;-P
